INGREDIENTS

  • 24 oz cup Old Chatham Creamery Plain Sheep Milk Yogurt

  • 1 – 8.8 oz package of Speculoos spiced cookies, crushed or roughly broken for texture

  • ΒΌ cup honey (adjust to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread a layer of yogurt (about 1/3 of the total) at the bottom of a dish or individual glasses.

  2. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Speculoos spiced cookies over the yogurt.

  3. Drizzle a thin layer of honey on top of the cookies.

  4. Repeat yogurt β†’ Speculoos β†’ honey until ingredients are used, ending with a honey drizzle on top.

  5. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend and cookies to soften slightly.

  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

  7. Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit
